Earth. Prayers.
A guided somatic exercise to sense connection with the earth, cultivate groundedness, and honor relational and environmental reciprocity
Many people feel disconnected from the earth and from the grounding force beneath their feet
Life moves fast, attention fragments, and the nervous system responds with tension, restlessness, or fatigue.
The deeper insight is that connection to the earth is cultivated, not automatic. Grounding, presence, and relational awareness are skills, not assumptions.
This practice guides you to sense stability, honor natural cycles, and engage in a somatic “prayer” to the earth. It is self paced, experiential, and designed to help you restore grounded energy.
This article is a self paced somatic exercise. It is practice based, not informational. Nothing here requires completion, interaction, or performance. You can move through it in parts, pause, or return later.
If you are new here, there is a separate article database on my Substack available without subscription for context and orientation before committing financially. Practice-based pieces like this are intentionally paywalled for full guidance.
If you notice tension in your legs, spine, or chest or a sense of disconnection, this is your nervous system signaling. This practice is about embodied grounding, presence, and relational awareness, not performance.
If that kind of attunement feels supportive, you are welcome to continue.
